Palate: On Freshness with mandarine and orange zest notes. A deliciously fresh and creamy champagne of great persistence.

Crispy thai snapper with rice and haystack of sugar snap peas, chocolate and pear brownies with chopped nuts Myango, chocolate and vanilla entremet. Alternatively scallops with truffles, sea bass, spider crab, ris de veau.
