How to Use

1. Set Resistance: Adjust the device to a suitable resistance level. It is recommended to start at a low level and gradually increase.
2. Prepare for Training: Sit or stand upright, relaxing your chest and shoulder muscles. Avoid hunching. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips around it.
3. Perform Breathing Exercise: Inhale deeply for 2-3 seconds until your lungs are full, then exhale slowly for 4-6 seconds until your lungs are empty. Repeat 30 times for one set. Perform 1-2 sets in the morning and evening.
4. Training Advice: It is recommended to use diaphragmatic (belly) breathing.
5. Use Nose Clip: If you have trouble controlling breathing through your nose initially, use the provided nose clip.
6. Clean & Maintain: After each training session, return the resistance to the initial level. Wash with a mild detergent, rinse, and let it air dry before storing in the case.
