Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During busy periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend slightly.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Martmox partners with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, and other national couriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Estimated delivery time within Australia is generally 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and product type.
- Remote or regional areas may take longer for delivery.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship Australia-wide only.
- Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and business addresses is available for eligible products.
Shipping Costs
- Many products on Martmox are marked “Free Shipping”.
- For items where shipping fees apply, charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Split Deliveries
- To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages if items are sourced from different warehouses.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- You can track your shipment using the link provided or directly through the courier’s website.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume periods.
- Martmox is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- For missing or delayed shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
- If your order includes pre-order or back-order items, you will be notified of the expected delivery timeline by email.
