Your Rights

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law or NZ Consumer Guarantees Act

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) provide consumer protections for fair trading in Australia and New Zealand, respectively. Under these laws, you have non-excludable consumer rights ensuring that our products:

  • Are of acceptable quality, free from faults or safety issues;
  • Match their provided description; and
  • Are fit for their intended purpose.

These Terms do not limit or exclude your rights under the ACL or CGA.

For a major product failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, as well as compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the product. For minor failures, you may have the product repaired or replaced if it does not meet acceptable quality standards.

Note: The CGA does not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes.
