Martmox Delivery Information

Martmox is continuously delivering. However, due to current situation, some deliveries may take longer than usual. We endeavour to do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible, and appreciate your understanding during this time.

How do I track my order and delivery?

You can track your order by checking your order status on your Martmox account page. Martmox shipping partners also send emails/texts about tracking numbers & delivery updates. You may receive multiple delivery information emails if you have purchased items from multiple sellers.

Does Martmox offer Express Delivery?

Yes, Martmox offers both standard and express delivery. Orders that are eligible for Express Shipping will show this option at checkout. The cost of express shipping will depend on the weight of products within your order. Express Post remains the fastest delivery option and will be prioritised for delivery by Australia Post. However, please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Express Post next business day guarantee has been temporarily suspended by Australia Post.

Shipping Times

Most of the items sold at Martmox market place are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Independent sellers have their own shipping times varying from 24 hrs to 48 hours. The standard parcel delivery times in Australia are between 3 to 5 days. The next day express delivery times are 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Guarantee

If an item is lost during transit, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Simply contact us to let us know the delivery is outside the estimated delivery time mentioned in your confirmation email you receive after placing the order with us and we will send an inquiry to the relevant courier. Once the freight company has confirmed the item is lost, this may take a week to a fortnight at most to investigate fully, we will process your refund or replacement within a few business days.
