Randy Travis Machinery Patty Paper Baking Burger Wax Discs makes advance prep for BBQs, dinners, lunches and street food easier, more hygienic and less wasteful. The papers are made from food-grade wood pulp, providing a safe, non-stick barrier between patties. If you're preparing patties in advance, sliding one of these waxed discs between each item ensures the patties don't stick or break. When perfectly formed patties matter, these papers are a great idea.

The papers are freezable and can also be subjected to heat without ill effects. Many people choose to cook their patties on paper, reducing mess and ensuring accurately sized portions.
