Change of mind

At Martmox, we want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you change your mind, you can return products within 14 days of receipt for a store credit, provided no exceptions are noted on the product page. Note that change of mind returns differ from returns for faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law or NZ Consumer Guarantees Act

You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for change of mind returns, including taxes, duties, initial shipping to you, and return shipping costs, regardless of any promotional shipping offers applied at purchase.

Change of mind returns must be in 'as-new' condition, securely packaged in their original packaging, and not used, assembled, damaged, washed, or laundered.

The following items are not eligible for change of mind returns:

  • Mattresses and bedding (e.g., quilts, duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, protectors, underlays)
  • Clearance items (labelled as "clearance" on the site)
  • Personalized items
  • Seasonal products
  • Gift Cards
  • Health and safety products
  • Bulk purchases (including by pallet or pick up); or
  • Packages that have been opened.

 Once we receive your return in, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days. If it’s in 'as-new' condition, we’ll issue a store credit voucher via email for the product’s purchase price, minus initial shipping costs, duties, and return shipping costs. Store credit vouchers are valid for one year from issuance. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

We do not accept in-person returns at our depots, offices, or warehouses. Exchanges are not available; please return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.
