You can click on the link below or follow these easy steps to create a return.

• Log in to your Martmox account
• Go to "My orders"
• Select the product you wish to return
• Click on the order Id #XX
• Select - Request a replacement or a refund

After your RMA is accepted and your item is received at our warehouse, your item will be inspected by our Returns and Warranty Team. They will be in contact to advise you of the outcome. For the inspection to be completed, please allow 3-5 business days from the date we receive your item
