Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and who are with a valid email address.
How to enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
To enter this competition, entrants must complete a purchase of item/s on the Martmox Australia website at martmox.com.au in a single transaction with a value equal to or greater than AUD 50.00, excluding any shipping charges.
Every single transaction of value $50 or over automatically becomes elligible for the competition.
Entries permitted:
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Employees of Martmox Pty Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to apply.
The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize.

1st lot
The promotion period for the 1st lot with 1 prizes of AUD 200 each, is from 12:01am (AEST) 7 September 2023 to 11:59pm (AEST) 10 September 2023.
2nd Lot draw on: 13th September 2023.
2nd lot
The promotion period for the 2nd lot with 2 prizes of AUD 200 each, is from 12:01am (AEST) 11 September 2023 to 11:59pm (AEST) 17 September 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2nd Lot draw on: 20th September 2023.
Prize conditions:
The winners’ Gift Cards will be sent within 10 days of the draw. The eGift Cards will be sent to the winners' email addresses and the physical gift card will be sent via Australia post to the registred address of the winner at Martmox.com.au.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the eGift Card are not included.
Winner notification:
The winners will be contacted by email within 10 days of the draw. (to the email address recorded at the time of purchase).
If there are no prize winner/s or winner/s for this Promotion cannot be found, this information will be published at winners page.
Cash prize:
If the winner desires to exchange for cash, the cash will be transferred to winner using PayPal or via Pay ID.

The prize: Three (3) $200 gift cards are available to be won as prizes. An entrant is only eligible to win one prize. The prize is as stated and not transferable for cash. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received during the promotional period and verified by the Promoter. The Three (3) winners will be notified by email or over phone within 10 days after the draw. If either winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The egift card prize will be sent via email and the physical gift cards will be sent via mail to the address recorded at Martmox Australia. The gift cards will be subjected to gift card terms and conditions. The decision of Martmox Australia in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners agree to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
