Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
In line with our Terms and Conditions, we can not cancel, update or amend an order once it is placed. If you think you've made a mistake and have sent us an email within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept during our usual business hours, but we dont guarantee that.
Please note, if your order is in process or transit, Martmox is unable to provide refunds or credit unless the product has been returned. Upon receiving the order you may wish to lodge a return request via your Martmox account. Additional shipping fees may apply.
