Chargeback Policy

At Martmox Marketplace, sellers are responsible for any chargebacks that occur from transactions on our platform. If a buyer disputes a charge and a chargeback is initiated by their payment provider, the full amount, including any associated fees, will be deducted from the seller’s account. Martmox does not cover or mediate chargeback disputes, and it is the seller’s responsibility to provide necessary proof of delivery, transaction records, or any required documentation to contest the chargeback with the payment provider.
Martmox Marketplace will provide secure payment methods and will implement and encourage best shipping practices to minimize the risk of chargebacks.
